Are accommodations included?

Multi day retreats include accommodations. Refer to the "programs tab" for full details on what each program offers and the costs.

What do I need to bring for my stay?

Bed linens, towels and bar soap are provided. If you forgot any amenity kit items the front desk can often provide them (razors, shampoo, toothbrush, hair dryer).
